I put 1 star because it won’t let zero. Very bad experience with this salesman. I ordered the product on 8/10, and 7/11 as I saw it had stalled in the ‘hand over to airline state I asked and he replied it was within normal. The 15/11 again insisted on him because he was still in the same state (carrying 18 days already), a very strange thing and having received quite a few things he had subsequently ordered. He answered the same thing again, in fact he put the same text (copy and paste). The 25/11 I decided to open a dispute to get my money back, seeing that I wasn’t getting there and was still in the same state. He rejected the proposal for the same reason, which was normal.
